For other requests for services such as new build residential, buildings in conservation areas, listed buildings, educational or commercial work, please contact us directly for our fees.

Note 3: abp Architects prepares 2 / 3 design options to discuss with Client, allowing for 2 client changes prior to planning submission. Abp Architects would require to undertake the measured survey prior to preparing any design options.
Note 4: Generally, abp Architects would only undertake construction and Building Regulation drawings for projects that they have undertaken the design work for.
Note 5: abp Architects would only undertake tender action, contract preparation and on site inspections (contract administration) for projects that they have undertaken the design work for.
